Calling all Pine Crest Alumni, join us for our annual Spring Alumni Weekend! Reconnect with old friends, introduce your family to our classic Pine Crest activities and try some new ones!
Arrival begins at 5:00pm on Friday with a buffet dinner served between 6:00-7:00pm. The fees include all 6 weekend meals and snacks, accommodation in our camp cabins and staff-led programming throughout the days and evenings. Friday night will feature a campfire led by staff (family performances encouraged!) and Saturday evening will equally have a staff-led program. All-day Saturday and Sunday morning programs will be available and departure is after lunch on Sunday. Cabins must be empty by 2:30pm. Programming for the weekend will be flexible based on the ages and interests of the Alumni but may include: canoeing, kayaking, high/low ropes, nature walks, fire building, natural arts, an out-lunch to Sourdough and more!
Please register and list names for all family members attending the weekend. Please also ensure that you provide us with any details on food allergies and/or dietary restrictions and who they apply to. Finally, please let us know if you are wanting to share a cabin with another alumni or family and we'll do our best to accommodate!
A reminder in case it has been a while since you've visited Pine Crest of what a basic packing list for the weekend could look like:

• Sleeping Bag/Bedding & Pillow

• Waterproof/Rain Jacket

• Outdoor shoes, water shoes/sandals (with a backstrap!)

• Everyday/comfortable clothing

• Swim Suit(s)

• Towel & Toiletries

• Sunscreen & Bugspray

• Water Bottle
