Description
Ballet helps to improve coordination, flexibility and strength in an engaging and fun classroom environment. Class structure including barre, center work, adagio (slow controlled graceful steps), allegro (fast, high energy steps) and reverence, emphasizes correct posture, placement, technique and musicality. Ballet is a strong foundation for dancers interested in jazz and lyrical/contemporary.
Location
Located in the heart of the quickly growing Canary District, our newest Centre of Community is an 82,000 square foot, fully accessible facility. It features something for everyone, including two pools, an indoor track and gymnasium, weight room, cardio machines, green roof, kids' play structure, cycling studio, functional fitness training space, and more. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

Notes
Wear comfortable clothes that won’t restrict movement. Please wear running shoes and bring a water bottle to each class.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE UP CLASSES:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
