Description
Adult swim lessons have a maximum of 5 participants per class, and teach adults fundamental swimming skills, strokes, and water safety skills. Instructors are able to tailor each class to suit the students' learning requirements and pace. Moving away from learning to swim, these lessons are for those looking to work on performance and specific techniques to improve their existing skills.
Location
This spacious, 60,000 square foot facility houses a full-featured health and fitness centre, as well as school break and summer camps programs. On-site parking is available free to members.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Goggles are recommended for this class. Swim diapers (reusable or disposable) are required for children who are not fully toilet trained.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE UP CLASSES:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
Make up classes will be offered if a class is cancelled by the YMCA. Make up classes are not offered if the child misses a class for personal reasons. Participants who are registered in the wrong level will be withdrawn.
